Before you visit
How do I book my first appointment?
Call (302) 994-3093 or fill out the request form above. We'll confirm your visit, send new-patient paperwork, and answer any insurance questions.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card if applicable, a list of any medications, and any prior dental records if you have them. We'll send any required new-patient paperwork ahead of time so you can fill it out before your visit.
Do you offer dental emergencies the same day?
Yes — if you call us early, we do our best to fit emergency patients in the same day. See Emergency Dentistry.
Where do I park?
There's free parking directly in front of our office on Kirkwood Hwy. The entrance is on the ground floor — no stairs.
What insurance plans do you accept?
